1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery if:
The item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
All accessories, manuals, and tags are included.
Note: Certain items, such as personal-use electronics, customized jewelry, and clearance sale products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for details.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact our support team at electacompanystore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Step 3: Ship the item back to us in its original condition.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
Partial Refunds: If the item is used, missing parts, or damaged (not due to our error), a partial refund may be granted.
Non-Refundable Items: If the item is ineligible for return, we’ll notify you and send it back.
4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover return shipping costs.
If returning for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
